- Description
We are currently looking for a skilled, caring and confident Care Assistant to work with elderly service users with a variety of illnesses including dementia and alzheimer’s. This is a super opportunity to work in a well-established care home based in Bishops Stortford, Essex.
Person Specification:
Level 2 or 3 Health & Social Care
Experience of using hoisting equipment
Be compassionate and have a passion for caring for others
Some of the Care Assistant responsibilities will include:- Administering medication.
- Supporting residents with personal care and mealtimes.
- Working as part of a team and implement personalised care plans.
- Working flexibly to help residents explore new interests, engage in physical activities, and make sure they enjoy themselves in a stimulating and homely environment.
