Nursery Nurse

Based in Addlestone, Surrey  Staff Match are recruiting for a dedicated level 2 or level 3 qualified Nursery Nurse to join a friendly and busy nursery. Candidates will need to be enthusiastic creative, caring and have a real desire for working with children under the age of 5 years.

Person Specification:

NVQ level 2 or level 3 Childcare qualification 

Knowledge of EYFS Curriculum

Basic Food Hygiene Certificate (Desirable)

Paediatric First Aid (Desirable)

Some of the Nursery Nurse responsibilities will include:

• Key worker responsibilities, support children’s care learning and development
• Managing children’s development records
• Being able to communicate with parents in a professional manner
• Ensuring the nursery is kept clean, tidy and safe at all times
• Providing a fun and stimulating learning environment for children in your care
• To ensure professionalism and confidentiality at all times
