Based in Eltham, South London, Staff Match are recruiting a Term Time Nursery Manager on behalf of a well established nursery in Eltham South London
Person Specification:
Experience of leading and motivating teams
Basic Food Hygiene Certificate (Desirable)
Paediatric First Aid (Desirable)
Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role
Some of the responsibilities of Nursery Manager will include:
• Lead responsibility for day to day nursery operations
• Ensuring staff comply with policy and procedures
• Partnership working with parents, building positive relationships, arranging events, drop in sessions
• Marketing - pro-active in arranging advertising, leaflet drops etc.
• Invoicing, fee calculation, Back office, material ordering, HR, Finance
• Manage individual children’s learning portfolios
• This is a term time role working 39 weeks per year
• Working 4 days 7.00am -4.30pm and 1 day 7.00am -6.30om
